Due to the nature of digital marketing services (SEO, content strategy, PPC, and consulting), significant time and effort are invested in planning and execution.
Therefore, all payments are final once work has started.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

  • You may cancel a service before the project officially starts.
  • If no work has been initiated, a partial refund may be provided (payment gateway charges may apply).
  • Once research, planning, or project preparation begins, cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds.

3. No Refund on Digital Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Work already completed
  • Content already created
  • Ads already set up or launched
  • Delivered consultations or strategy sessions
  • Any digital assets or documents shared

4. Missed Meetings or Sessions

If you miss a scheduled meeting or consultation without prior notice:

  • No refund or rescheduling guarantee is provided.
    If you inform in advance, I’m happy to reschedule based on availability.

5. Project Delays

If delays occur due to:

  • incomplete information from your side
  • late approvals
  • changes requested midway

Refunds will not be issued, and timelines may be affected.

6. Service Termination

If I feel a project is not a good fit or cannot be completed due to unforeseen reasons, I reserve the right to terminate the service and issue a proportional refund for incomplete work.

7. Payment Disputes

If you face any issue, you agree to contact me directly before initiating any dispute through your bank or payment provider.
